I love my stayed l, love the room, the service was great Ferni and Roger at the pool and beach were very helpful and make us feel welcomed at all the time their service is great. Pool and food it’s great.

The customer service was outstanding!!! Luz at the restaurant was awesome her service as our waitress was the best that I’ve ever had!!!!!

The entire facility was luxury through and through. Experience offered by our butlers, Hector and Miguel was hands down the epitome of 5 Star. The two constantly went above and beyond to surprise us at every turn. The little things to big things made us feel extremely special and will be returning year over year to have them as part of our vacation experience! There is no other experience like what they provided. The two truly show the care they have for each one of our group and anyone at the resort should pay attention to the level of pride each showed in making the trip memorable. True assets to the resort! Chef Manuel was outstanding and provided a dining experience that delighted each and every night. We enjoyed his passion expressed in his dishes and conversation was a pleasure. He made the dining experience 5 Star and something worth coming back for. Manuel our poolside server was perfect. He was always on the ball with refreshing our drinks and even anticipating our orders for lunch to the point it was delivered without asking. We enjoyed the ability to stay in our pools and receive quality service through each day! We are truly grateful for the service and friendships the resort provided us the privilege to experience. We will be returning again next year for the third year in a row to not only enjoy the resort, but most importantly see our premier friends, Hector, Miguel, Chef Manuel, and Manuel at the poolside! Please make sure they each know our gratitude for the level of service provided. Take care of each one of them as your staff as they deserve every ounce of recognition for delighted your guests to a standard above 5 Star!

This resort is perfect for couples. We went as a friend group and still had a wonderful time but it is very romantic. The staff upgraded us to two suites which were excellent for hanging out together. Although you will have access to all the other connected resorts, we mostly stayed at the adults only side. There was more than enough to keep us entertained for a few days. The food was excellent; the portions were small but that made it easier to order a variety. Multiple waiters recognized that our group wanted to try everything and frequently brought a customized sampler platter. One person is vegetarian and we were able to find plenty of options.

EVERYTHING!!! … “like” is an understatement. I loved❤️ it here! Upon arrival. You are greeted and welcomed by the friendliest staff. Where the culture and tone is set to serve and assist to make your vacation and stay here. One where you’ll NEVER want to leave! My husband and I haven’t stopped raving about this resort. Food, restaurants of your choice, pool, spa, gorgeous sandy beach, unlimited drinks. Although we were in the adults section of the Grand Palladium. You can take advantage of the other restaurants of this huge resort and all of the amenities they provide. The Zentropia spa is like NO OTHER!! Massage, sauna, steam, healthy juice bar by infinity pool. Hydra-therapy pool is out of this world. DON’T leave without going here! Butler service assigned to each floor to help make restaurant reservations, itinerary of activities for the day and assist you with special requests. Again, I can’t comment enough about the service this staff provides. All with kindness and A smile! Side-note. Please take negative reviewer comments with a grain of salt. I find. There are people who complain about everything! Can’t satisfy them no matter what you do. If you’re dissatisfied with anything during your stay. Someone here will do their very best to go above and beyond to assist you, accommodate you and make your time here a great experience.
